If You Can Worry You Can Meditate
Constantly thinking of problems is called worry. Constantly thinking of God’s Word is called meditation. If you can worry, you can meditate. “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”-Philippians 4:6.
